Application Procedure for Certified EU Civilian Crisis Management Course – C3MC

  1. In order to apply for ENTRi certification, course organisers shall complete the Application Form and attach the relevant documentation (Download the Application Form).

  2. Before completing the application form, please read the Rules of Procedures Governing Certification carefully (Download the Rules of Procedures Governing Certification).

  3. The completed application form and relevant documentation shall be sent to the representative of ENTRi for the purpose of course certification at the following address:

  4. Where course certification is granted, the course organiser will be delivered a certification document. The release of the certification document is subject to the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding between the applicant and ENTRi, covering the terms of use of the C3MC-label (Download the Memorandum of Understanding).

  5. If substantial changes are made to courses that have been granted ENTRi certification, course organisers are obliged to inform ENTRi. This will involve completion of a new application form for the renewal of certification, detailing the changes that have occurred (structure, format, deliverers, major changes in course content).

  6. Periodical review of the certified training Courses can be conducted by the Certification body. To this end, the course organiser should send a report on the certified courses delivered to the Certifying body containing information based on the ENTRi reporting format and reflecting at the minimum the following: Course/programme content and delivery; participants’ assessment; programme resources; training staff qualifications.
