Pre-Deployment Georgia
The 5-day pre-deployment training course is addressed to experts selected to be deployed to international missions in Georgia. The course provides the selected mission members with a preparatory orientation prior to the deployment by focusing on the following themes:
- Georgia’s history, culture and current political situation;
- International presence in Georgia: key actors and coordination systems;
- Specific skills such as monitoring and reporting needed in the missions;
- Practical matters related to living and working in Georgia.
By focusing on country-specific and function-specific issues, the course aims at equipping participants with essential knowledge and information, enabling them to become active team members and to operate smoothly in their respective area of assignment. The course provides with an opportunity to get first-hand information from Georgia and network with the future mission colleagues.

Registration Fee
This course is free of charge. Accommodation, board, and international travel costs to the course venue will be covered by ENTRi.
Please note that while ENTRi courses are primarily geared toward civilian personnel working in international crisis management missions, police and military candidates are welcome to apply. Please note that course participants from the military are required to cover their own expenses during the course, including accomodation, board, and travel costs.
