Pre-deployment training of civilian crisis management personnel: Challenges, Lessons Learned, Good Practices

In October 2014, ENTRi held a conference in Rome, Italy, in cooperation with the Italian Presidency of the European Council.

The conference brought together key stakeholders from ENTRi partners, European institutions, and national ministries to discuss pre-deployment training for civilian personnel working in international crisis management missions.

Ensuring Training Effectiveness: Challenges and Opportunities in the Field

In February 2012, ENTRi held a conference in Copenhagen, Denmark, in cooperation with the Danish Presidency of the European Council.

The discussions focussed on trends in EU training and recruitment policies, feedback from field missions, and the harmonisation of training approaches.
