Pre-Deployment Course - Libya (in Brussels)

The four-day course aims at providing a preparatory orientation for personnel selected and to be deployed to crisis manamement operations in Libya, such as the new EU CSDP mission and the UN Mission to Libya.  The course will cover mandate- and country-specific subjects and seek to provide an overview of actors on the ground as well as coordination efforts. It will also cover EU crisis management concepts and structures as well as focus on capacity building activities for border management in Libya.
